Hello,
Wow! What an incredibly busy month February was. I would have to say that it was very likely the busiest month of my entire life, which is a good thing.

I can't provide the details of what made me so busy, but I'll just say it was definitely one of my best months financially. The month of February taught me something. It taught me that if you continue to work hard and constantly stay positive through the tough times, opportunity will come your way when you least expect it.

If you are struggling right now, I want you to know that there's light at the end of the tunnel. Especially for those that work hard and strive for constant improvement. There's always opportunity for these types of people, no matter how hard the economic times might be. Quoting from a pretty good book I've started reading...

"Ask, and it shall be given you; seek; and you shall find; knock and it shall be opened unto you."

I've started some really interesting experiments which I'll give more details to in March. Including an 8 minute mile with a 20 pound vest strapped to my back ;-) . And also I'm experimenting with brain vitamins, which has been going really well so for.

So stay tuned. As for this issue...

1. Online Writing Experiment Completed

I completed my online writing experiment which consisted of writing for a minimum of ten minutes each day. If you do any form of writing or website building, I highly encourage you to check it out here...

I learned some valuable lessons that I will definitely use in future personal development experiments. Two key things I learned are...

    1. Make your goal incredibly simple. If you want to start a new habit, start off by doing something really easy.

    2. Set a trigger moment to begin your habit. I started writing every morning after eating breakfast. Because eating breakfast is already automatic for me, it in turn made writing each morning automatic as well. This was really key in my success!

2. Flipping The 80 20 Rule

The 80 20 Rule is probably the most often referred to rule by successful people. If you aren't 100% clear about what the 80 20 rule means, you should.

I've written an article about how you can flip the 80 20 rule in your favor. How, instead of doing the 80% that doesn't matter like most people do, you can focus more of your attention on the 20% that makes a huge difference.

Check it out here...

3. The Quest For 100 Push Ups - Continued

I still very much have the desire to be able to do 100 push ups. Which is why I began doing another 21 straight days of one set of push ups.

I'm happy to report that I hit the 60s mark. Incredible, considering I was only doing a little over 30 push ups just a couple of months ago. I've really confirmed my belief that doing a little bit every day can add up to a whole lot. If you would like to see the details of my experiment, check it out here...
