The Dream

I am onstage - I've just finished acting in a piece of theatre I wrote myself, and I can see people in the audience have been visibly moved by the performance. I have an amazing wife in the front row, clapping harder than anyone else, and my parents are there too, proud of me.

It is part of a tour, from city to city. I'm able to volunteer with children in my spare time at each venue, and money is not a huge concern for me.

People on the street come up and thank me. I've helped others. I help others.
