Tom's development plan - not to sleep until lunch

7AM Get Up, make proper breakfast, do a little bit of stretching

9AM - be at school or start working at highly prioritised tasks

10:30 : snack

until lunch - continue on unpleasent or monotonous tasks

12:30 : long term task

15:00 : snack

15-17 : excercise

17:00 plan next day

Biggest priority is to get up at 7AM and have breakfast
